Lake Mburo National Park is situated along the Kampala –Mbarara highway. It has dotted acacia trees and numerous lakes surrounded by swamps providing habitat for water logged bird species and wild game. Impala, Zebras, Buffaloes, Topis and Kiplisinger are common sight in this park. A boat ride combined with a game drive will yield best results. Birders can record highest number of water logged species. This park can be done in 1 day’s excursion.Clients can take one day excursion 1-3 days excursion tours to this park. It the only park you can visit in a day and come back to Kampala. You will enjoy this park if your a birder, the park is haven for birders it has many bird species to discover. There are morning and evening natural walks and alot of good sight seeing of sun setting over the lakes.
